Meet the people behind EDGE NPD
Dobromir Ciaś
A sociologist with a background in quantitative methods and mathematical sociology, with over twenty years of experience at the intersection of market research, marketing, and electronic media. Recognized by Google and the Financial Times as one of the 100 most innovative technology leaders in Central and Eastern Europe, a multiple award winner from the European research associations PTBRiO and ESOMAR. Author of dozens of publications on market analysis and research methodology. Former New Product Development Director and Research Director at a global research network, where he managedover1,400 projects for leading FMCG and retail brands. At EDGE NPD, he oversees the entire product portfolio — from development strategy to market positioning.
Tomasz Zwierzchowski
CTO — systems architecture, big data, ABTShield
An ICT solutions architect and data processing specialist with over a decade of experience designing and implementing commercial IT systems. He previously worked with Polish institutions responsible for national cybersecurity, digitalization, and telecommunications infrastructure. For nearlya decade, he has specialized in analyzing high-volume network traffic and eliminating bot traffic — the core competency behind ABTShield. At EDGE NPD, he is responsible for cloud architecture and the big data platform that processesaround 50 million media events per day.
Marta Mackiewicz-Plewa
Head of Consumer and Cognitive Research — AdHeed
She combines consumer behavior analysis with the development of proprietary research tools — from applying VR in shopper studies, through the automation of POSM materials evaluation, to the cognitive optimization of advertising creatives. Co-founderof AdHeed, a platform for evaluating ad effectiveness based on attention modeling and creative structure analysis. At EDGE NPD, she develops and implements predictive models that assess audience response based on behavioral data rather than self-reported opinions.
Agnieszka Wnuk
Head of Social Research and Social Listening — ABTPulse, ABTPulse Inventory
A psychologist and market researcher with nearly twenty years of experience designing and conducting quantitative research. For several years, she has specialized in internet monitoring, trend analysis, and narrative mechanisms in social media. Her projects employ innovative research methods, including VR technology and biometric measurements. At EDGE NPD, she heads the social research and social listening department, providing the insights behind context-based ad placement in ABTPulse Inventory and narrative brand protection in ABTPulse.
Patryk Biskupski
Project Coordinator, Product Development and Cybersecurity — all EDGE NPD products
A project management expert with over 14 years of experience in the ICT, telecommunications, and cybersecurity sectors. For more than 6 years, he served as Deputy Director of the Project Management Office at a Polish telecommunications company, where he was responsible for the strategic project portfolio, innovation commercialization, and securing over PLN 53 million in R&D funding. He specializes in building PMO structures, managing distributed teams, and implementing tools across business processes.
At EDGE NPD, he leads product development and coordinates projects across the company’s entire portfolio — ensuring that security is built into every stage of product development.
Viktor Kijania
Technology Product Development, AI in Advertising — AdHeed
A project management specialist with experience at the intersection of research, evaluation, and the development of data- and AI-driven products; he previously coordinated projects forcentral government administration, among others. At EDGE NPD, he co-develops AdHeed — combining research, business, and technological perspectives, and translating them into product requirements and tasks for the development team. He also supports the implementation of AI solutions in the cognitive analysis of advertising materials. A graduate of a postgraduate project management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), with a strong interest in technology product development and the startup ecosystem.
Anna Szydło
Account Manager — ABTShield, ABTTags
A psychologist specializing in social and cross-cultural psychology, with over a decade of experience in project management and consumer research in the field of neuromarketing. At EDGE NPD, she manages key client relationships for ABTShield (protecting media budgets from bot traffic) and ABTTags (building first-party data assets). She combines an understanding of audience psychology with hands-on management of adtech projects, ensuring high-quality service for leading brands on the Polish market.
Anna Jórasz-Żak
A political scientist and linguist specializing in internet monitoring, social media analysis, and the study of narratives and disinformation mechanisms. She gained her experience in the public sector, conducting analyses for top state institutions, as well as through collaboration with business and academia.
A graduate in international relations and Italian studies, with postgraduate studies in management and economics. She speaks English, Italian, French, and Spanish. At EDGE NPD, she develops narrative analysis capabilities for ABTPulse and ABTPulse Inventory, helping clients understand media context and protect their brand reputation.
Kamil Belka
A lawyer with over ten years of experience in finance. He specializes in operational finance management, project and grant settlement, and cash flow optimization. He has developed his expertise in local government, tax administration, and private sector. At EDGE NPD, he is responsible for financial planning, investment financing, and the group’s administrative affairs.
