1. DEFINITIONS
Administrator – EDGE NPD Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Czeska 22A Street, 03-902 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000441520, NIP: 9522122126, REGON 146413766 (also as:“we“).
Cookies – computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s terminal device and used for statistical purposes, improving the functionality of the Website and other functions.
Personal data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific factors that determine the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person.
Policy – this Privacy Policy.
RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service – the Internet service maintained by the Administrator at the following link: www.edgenpd.com.
User – any natural person visiting the Site or using one or more of the services or functionalities of the Site described in the Policy.

3. SCOPE AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The Administrator processes the following personal data of the User:
- Personal information provided by the User in the contact form.
The data will be processed for the purpose of responding to an inquiry addressed to the Administrator in connection with the completion and submission of a contact form by the User (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). The data will also be processed for archival (evidential) purposes, which are the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in securing information for the purpose of proving facts, as well as establishing, investigating or defending against claims, which is the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO). Provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, however, in case of failure to provide such data, it will not be possible to accept the User’s inquiry and service it.
- Analytical data (anonymous).
We process anonymized statistical data (such as: subpages visited by the User, time of the User’s visit to particular subpages, type of browser, operating system used by the User, source of the visit) in order to analyze website traffic and optimize website operation (Article 6(1)(f) RODO). This data is devoid of features that make it possible to identify the User, however, when combined with other data, it may be helpful to identify the User.
4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be shared:
- Authorized employees and associates of the Administrator.
- Providers of analytical services – Google LLC (from the scope of anonymized data, mentioned in point III, item 2).
5. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than 365 days from the moment of collection (in the case of data described in Section III, point 1).
The anonymized statistical data referred to in Section III, subsection 2) are stored for a period of time in accordance with the settings of the analytical tools.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, to transfer data to another data controller to the extent specified in Article 20 of the RODO, subject, however, to the limitations of your rights under common law.
In addition, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she believes that the Administrator’s processing of personal data is in violation of the law.
7. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EOG
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in connection with the use of Google Analytics analytics tools, whose provider is Google LLC, based in the USA.
Data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) RODO) and additional safeguards provided by the provider.
8. COOKIES
The Administrator uses the following cookies on the Website:
- Essential (technical)
These files are required for the proper operation of the Website including forms and navigation. They do not require the User’s consent.
- Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
These cookies enable the collection of anonymous statistical data about the use of the Website. They are activated only after obtaining the User’s consent. This information does not identify a specific person.
